VERMEIL
- Does not like perfume and other cosmetic products
- Is not a fan of baths in salt or chlorinated water
- Be wary of acidic skin, which should opt for Gold jewelry instead
- Likes to be stroked with a cloth or a small sponge dipped in a mixture of lukewarm water and soap, without forgetting to rinse and dry it delicately

SILVER
- It likes its case and dry places, as humidity causes oxidation.
- It likes to be scrubbed with a (soft) toothbrush using water and baking soda, or toothpaste, or lemon juice, followed by a gentle rinse and drying.
- It may also enjoy white vinegar baths for black spots before being rinsed off with clear water.

Exchanges are possible for collection jewelry in standard sizes (excluding custom orders, resized items, or engraved jewelry, which cannot be exchanged or refunded).

Regarding your jewelry, we ask that you:

- return it within 14 days of the order date

- send it back in perfect, unworn condition, in its original packaging

- include our return form, which can be downloaded here.

Upon return, several options are available:

- we will issue you a credit in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months

- we will process an exchange
