We have recently seen an increase in delivery incidents, including parcels going missing or arriving with their contents removed during transit.

To ship your jewellery as safely as possible, we choose the delivery method according to the type and value of each piece.

When your parcel arrives, please check its condition and, if possible, its contents before accepting it. If you notice anything unusual, you can refuse the delivery or report the issue to the carrier. Please then contact us promptly so we can help you with the next steps.
