The Louise Tronche pendant reveals a delicate and expressive face, entirely handcrafted in our Lyon workshop.

Made from 925 Silver with a matte and hammered finish, this medallion can also be plated for a more radiant and luminous Vermeil version.

Its diamond eyes add sparkle and refinement, while its pink navette sapphire mouth asserts a graphic and sensitive personality, the signature of the Tronche collection.

Designed as a little contemporary talisman, this pendant can be worn every day or layered with other pieces.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations make every creation unique.

Paired with a colorful cord or a chain, every Tronche medallion is one of a kind.

Interview

VERMEIL
- Does not like perfume and other cosmetic products
- Is not fond of baths in salt or chlorinated water
- Be mindful of acidic skin types, which should opt for Gold jewelry instead
- Loves to be stroked with a cloth or a small sponge soaked in a mixture of lukewarm water and soap, without forgetting to rinse and dry it delicately

SILVER
- It likes its case and dry places, as humidity causes oxidation.
- It likes to be scrubbed with a (soft) toothbrush using water and baking soda, toothpaste, or lemon juice, followed by a gentle rinse and drying.
- It may also enjoy white vinegar baths in case of black spots, before being rinsed with clear water.

Delivery and returns

To avoid too many back-and-forth shipments and everything that entails, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about a piece of jewelry (its size, shade, etc.) and take a look at our size guide.

Also, please be aware that our jewelry is handcrafted. Consequently, there may be some (minimal) variations compared to the images on the website.

Exchanges are possible for collection jewelry in standard sizes (therefore excluding custom orders, resized items, or engraved jewelry, which cannot be exchanged or refunded).

Regarding your jewelry, we ask that you:

- return it to us within 14 days of the order date

- send it back in perfect, unworn condition, in its original jewelry box

- include our return form, which can be downloaded here.

Upon return, there are several options:

- we will provide you with a credit in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months

- we will process an exchange
