The Tronche Louise pendant medal embodies the free-spirited, sensitive, and contemporary world of Lyon-based designer Louise Vurpas. Entirely handcrafted in our Lyon studio, this 925/1000 sterling silver creation blends jewelry craftsmanship, organic texture, and graphic composition.

Its sculptural face with a matte, hammered finish is brought to life by two luminous blue sapphires for the eyes and a marquise-cut pink sapphire for the mouth, adding a delicate and expressive touch to this iconic piece from the Tronches collection.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations make every creation unique.

Paired with a colorful cord or a chain, each Tronche medal is unique.

Interview

VERMEIL
- It does not like perfume and other cosmetic products
- It is not fond of baths in salt or chlorinated water
- It is sensitive to acidic skin, which should opt for Gold jewelry instead
- It likes to be caressed with a cloth or a small sponge that you have dipped in a mixture of lukewarm water and soap, without forgetting to rinse and dry it delicately

SILVER
- It likes its case and dry places, as humidity causes oxidation
- It likes being scrubbed with a (soft) toothbrush using water and baking soda, or toothpaste, or lemon juice, and being rinsed and dried gently
- It may also like white vinegar baths in case of black spots before its clear water shower to rinse it off

Delivery and returns

To avoid too many back-and-forth shipments and everything that entails, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about a piece of jewelry (its size, shade, etc.) and take a look at our size guide.

Also, please be aware that our jewelry is handcrafted. Consequently, there may be some (minimal) variations compared to the images on the website.

Exchanges are possible for collection jewelry in standard sizes (therefore excluding custom orders, resized items, or engraved jewelry, which cannot be exchanged or refunded).

Regarding your jewelry, we ask that you:

- return it to us within 14 days of the order date

- send it back in perfect, unworn condition, in its original jewelry box

- include our return form, which can be downloaded here.

Upon return, there are several options:

- we will provide you with a credit in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months

- we will process an exchange
