With its matte and hammered finish, this 925 Sterling Silver or Gold Vermeil medal plays with the irregularities of the material to reveal a singular and contemporary expression.

Conceived as a small everyday talisman, the Tronche Paula can be worn on your choice of cord or chain, for a more casual or more precious look.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations make every medal unique.

Interview

VERMEIL
- It does not like perfume and other cosmetic products
- It is not a fan of baths in salt or chlorinated water
- It is sensitive to acidic skin, which should opt for Gold jewelry instead
- It likes to be stroked with a cloth or a small sponge dipped in a mixture of lukewarm water and soap; do not forget to rinse and dry it delicately

SILVER
- It likes its case and dry places, as humidity causes oxidation.
- It likes to be scrubbed with a (soft) toothbrush using water and baking soda, or toothpaste, or lemon juice, and to be rinsed and dried gently.
- It may also like white vinegar baths in case of black spots, before a clear water rinse.

Delivery and returns

To avoid too many back-and-forth shipments and everything that entails, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about a piece of jewelry (its size, shade, etc.) and take a look at our size guide.

Also, please be aware that our jewelry is handcrafted. Consequently, there may be some (minimal) variations compared to the images on the website.

Exchanges are possible for collection jewelry in standard sizes (therefore excluding custom orders, resized items, or engraved jewelry, which cannot be exchanged or refunded).

Regarding your jewelry, we ask that you:

- return it to us within 14 days of the order date

- send it back in perfect, unworn condition, in its original jewelry box

- include our return form, which can be downloaded here.

Upon return, there are several options:

- we will provide you with a credit in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months

- we will process an exchange
