VERMEIL
- He dislikes perfume and other cosmetic products
- He is not fond of baths in salt or chlorinated water
- He is sensitive to acidic skin, which should opt for Gold jewelry instead
- He likes to be stroked with a cloth or a small sponge soaked in a mixture of lukewarm water and soap, without forgetting to rinse and dry him delicately

SILVER
- It likes its case and dry places, as humidity causes oxidation
- It likes being scrubbed with a (soft) toothbrush using water and baking soda, or toothpaste, or lemon juice, and being rinsed and dried gently
- It may also like white vinegar baths in case of black spots before its clear water rinse

Exchanges are possible for collection jewelry in standard sizes (this excludes custom orders, resizing, and engraved jewelry, which cannot be exchanged or refunded).

Regarding your jewelry, we ask that you:

- return it within 14 days of the order date

- send it back in perfect, unworn condition, in its original packaging

- include our return form, which can be downloaded here.

For returns, several options are available:

- we can provide a credit in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months

- we can process an exchange
