Exchanges are possible for collection jewelry in standard sizes (therefore excluding custom orders, resized pieces, and engraved jewelry, which will be neither exchanged nor refunded).

Regarding your jewelry, we ask that you:

- return it to us within 14 days of the order date

- send it back in perfect condition, unworn, in its original packaging

- include our return form, which can be downloaded here.

Upon return, there are several options:

- we will issue you a credit in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months

- we will proceed with an exchange
