Our new cases, at last!
Ah, the cases... A delicate subject for a jeweler.
For a long time, we searched without ever really finding what we wanted. Too standardized, too distant, too impersonal: the boxes on the market matched neither our desires nor our jewelry.
So, rather than continuing to search, we decided to create.
Thinking of our cases the way we think of our jewelry: with high standards, an eye for detail, and this desire to honor the work of the hand.
It may seem simple, but reflecting on a beautiful case, functional and consistent with our world, took us time.

Our specifications? Demanding, of course!
• A material we love, that is environmentally friendly
• Local or, at the very least, national sourcing
• A unique size designed to accommodate all our jewelry
• An ingenious system for storing rings, earrings, cords, or chains
• A color that represents us
• And above all: meaning, style, and singularity

A case that reflects you... and us!
After several months of research, testing, and trials... they are finally here. And we love them.
Proud to slip your jewelry into these new felt cases, they are both practical (mini size for your bags, pouches, or fanny packs) and faithful to our commitments: sustainable, beautiful, and handmade. Like our jewelry, each case is unique.
They embody this “intelligence of the hand” that we defend with conviction, that touch of randomness and personality that only authentic craftsmanship can offer.

A 100% French collaboration
Our cases are designed with felt from the Laoureux establishments in Normandy.
Since 1923, this company, labeled an “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (Living Heritage Company), has been perpetuating rare expertise using 100% natural wool, free of chemical products.
An eco-responsible process to which we fully subscribe.

The detail that counts: the branding
Initially, we dreamed of debossed branding.
But unlike leather, felt does not hold a shape.
So, we opted for screen printing! A subtle gray-green, a nod to the facade of our studio at 5, rue Chavanne.
And as always at Louise Vurpas, nothing is left to chance.
The screen printing is done a stone's throw from the studio, by a craftsman in Saint-Just — Maximega, in a former locksmith shop.

We invite you to come and discover them at the studio. Try them, touch them, adopt them.
Because behind every piece of jewelry, there is a case. And behind every case, there is a story.
Louise.
