Who better than Fanny Petit — with such a lovely surname 🧒, but above all a colorful, joyful, and deeply kid-friendly world — to imagine a collaboration around the Tronches collection 😮?
An iconic collection by the Lyon-based designer Louise Vurpas, this line was born from a playful and spontaneous imagination, where childlike faces come to life in Silver and Gold ✨, set with precious stones 💎
Between abstraction, color, and a mischievous gaze 👀, the Tronches creations dialogue naturally with Fanny Petit’s sensitive and vibrant world 🎨

Hi Fanny, could you introduce yourself?
I’m Fanny, an art director and photographer in Paris.
I live with Charles, who founded Le Favori, a neighborhood sandwich shop in the 11th arrondissement, and our two boys, Marcel, soon to be 7, and Michel, soon to be 3.
My world is highly inspired by family life, everyday objects, food, and above all, color, which holds an essential place in everything I create.
I love simple, spontaneous images—the ones that capture an emotion, a detail, or an everyday scene you want to keep with you.

Why this pendant?
I wanted a very personal and timeless piece of jewelry. I love the idea of the Tronche [face] design: two eyes and a mouth in a round little face.
I imagined my pendant as if my little boys were drawing me, with that pink marquise sapphire mouth that evokes the pink lipstick I wear almost every day.
I also find the idea of being able to engrave Marcel and Michel’s names on it very precious: it’s a way to keep a little piece of our daily life with me at all times.
I love jewelry that tells a discreet story, almost like keepsake objects that you hold onto for a long time.

Are you more of a "Tronche de cake" (silly face) or a "Tranche de cake" (slice of cake)?
A slice of lemon poppy seed cake in my slightly messy kitchen with Marcel and Michel running around everywhere.
In what field are you a "Tronche" (a real genius)?
Maybe in pairing colors… or turning a happy mess into something beautiful.
What makes you "faire la tronche" (make a sour face)?
Rainy days and walking barefoot on a Duplo block.
Which artist would you like to have "tirer ta tronche" (take your portrait)?
Juliette Abitbol, for her way of photographing women with something very free, sensitive, and deeply alive.
Why Louise’s "Tronches"?
Because there is something very innocent and spontaneous about her jewelry.
They make me think of children’s drawings, of little naive and expressive faces. I love that blend of poetry, emotion, and preciousness.

Your musical gem of the moment?
I’m listening to a lot of Françoise Hardy right now. Songs that are sweet, melancholic, and luminous all at once.
A little culinary gem you recently discovered?
Dandelion in the 20th, for their small, very well-crafted menu and their very bold flavors.
A bar to spend your hard-earned cash?
Le Penty in the 12th, for its legendary mint tea (with pine nuts, obviously).
A kid-friendly haven in Paris?
The Jardin du Luxembourg without a doubt. The little sailboats, the green chairs, the rhythm of the afternoons: it’s a magical place.
THANK YOU FANNY!
